egotesticaless

personality trait defined by one's ego being so large it has consumed one's testicles.

This particular type of self absorbtion begins in the individual's testicles where they are eventually consumed. The lack of testicles often leaves the individual with a large cavity beneath the penis where the testicles once hung.
