Dubstep

A style of electronic music that is based around drops and wobble-bass. Unfortunately, since this is the case, it all sounds pretty much exactly the same. It's all about break downs, and since that is typically only one part of the song, the rest of dubstep music that isn't wobble-bass and drops sounds like your typical synth beats from pop music, often featuring a female vocalist fed through auto-tune. A lot of people can't listen to dubstep for longer than two minutes at a time because their longer attention span prevents such a collage of wrecking beats and soft synths from mixing in such rapid succession.

2 - No. Skrillex isn't even dubstep, retard.

1 - Oh, I couldn't tell because I listen to music that has soul.

dumbtard

used in lieu of dumbfuck or fucktard, should you find yourself in a situation where dropping the F-bomb is a bad idea (i.e. a public place with young children and their aggressively conservative parents around)

I wanted to tell John what a fucktarded asshole he was being in the supermarket, but after noticing the soccer moms' death-glares, i settled for 'dumbtarded a-hole'.

The act of taking a perfectly good song and buttraping it with a chainsaw. It is comparable to terrorism, or the minecraft creeper.

dubstepify

The act of dubstep remixing a song from a genre other than dubstep. In doing so, an artist turns a non-dubstep song into a dubstep song. Often used in the past tense.

Tonight, I'm going to work on dubstepifying some Ludacris tracks.

Yo man, you have to listen to Caspa's dubstepified version of How Low by Ludacris. That track is sooo grimey.

dumtard

A combination of "dumb" and "retard". Very similar to "tard" and "f***tard" commonly in use today. The beauty of this term, however, is that it avoids slandering those who are truly mentally retarded and doesn't come across as being overly vulgar and offensive. Best used when someone has shown a momentary lack of intelligence and reasoning in offending you in some way.

Bob: "That guy just cut me off AND he's driving slower than me! Man, some people!"
Larry: "What a f***tard!"
Bob: "Well, maybe so if he did it on purpose. For now, I just think the guy's a dumtard."
Larry: "Suit yourself."
