The work of an english student who was reading very fast out loud and could not tell whether the word was "dramatic" or "drastic" so he made up a word.
Meaning: Being dramatically drastic... what else???

To be dramatic and sarcastic. Usually overly sensitive men named John, who live in cold, wet climates, like Seattle, and drink organic milk. They generally have short blonde hair, and glasses. No phone etiquette - they just hang up.
