A sort of mopey tar-y (tar the substance) feeling, akin to being submerged in quickdry cement. Not to be confused with "bleugh", which is a feeling of disgust or revulsion.

Matt: "It was difficult to get out of bed this morning, I was feeling very bluegh."

Gabe: "Surely you mean 'bleugh'?

Matt: "No, I was just bluegh, not disgusted."

avoid taking responsibility for your actions by excusing yourself using this word.
Giving an answer to any question you don't have the answer to or don't feel like answering

Bleesh is similar to the mafia term forget about it in the sense that it can mean so many different things as far as happy, sad or just plain, ok.
