When a female places a piece of saran wrap over your mouth and drops a duece on it, then removes her full tampon and lets the blood run over the shit. In Canada this is also know as a "Brent Dewinter"

This ho last night gave me my first bleeding steamer, it was awesome!! I looked like the Joker ate a klondike bar!!
