An acronym for "Big Fat Blunt", a paper tool utilized to smoke marijuana from. Typically the BFB phrase is employed when a user wishes to get incredibly fucking high.

BFB can further be modified by inserting other adjectives into the acronym, such as a BMFB: Big Mother-Fucking Blunt

Stoner 1: Hey brah, whatchu doin' later on?

Stoner 2: Kickin' it with a BFB - come over and hit that shit!
