Bevour, or Bevor

A metal throat guard used by medieval soldiers. The word Bevour/Bevor loosly translates to "Dribble box", as the heat of the breath on the cold metal would cause condensation near the mouth. Comprised of a piece of metal that rested over the neck and onto the chest, with two or three pieces of metal that went up to the nose of the solder, articulating so it could fall down to the throat, mainly for breathing (known as a falling bevor). Also just simply metal all the way up to the nose, without articulation. Some would have a locking pin at the side, to prevent the articulations from dropping during battle.

The soldier flicked his bevor up, dropping the visor on his Sallet to lock them in place.

adj. Used to describe female vocalists who appear to imitate Beyoncé in their performance(s) through their overall look, styling, mannerisms, dances, or sound. Usually used to describe vocalists in the R&B genre, but not always.

Amerie used to have such a unique sound and look, but lately she seems so Beyoncésque! I'm sure she'll snap out of it soon.

Beyondpositivism is a new way of looking at things, if accepted we may avoid blowing ourselves to beyondsmitherines. Everything is beyond positive, and negative and all words; but since we use words lets get real. Instead of saying cold, which is negative and doesn't exist (there is no absolute zero), lets say lesshot. Instead of saying war, which would be nice if it existed much less, call it lesspeace and "war," will disappear much more quickly. It would lead to less lessmultiplication, the old world for division. Instead of evil, it would be lessgood. What ever can be said, can be said beyondpositivly.

Her whole philosophy of life was beyondpositivism. She lived in a state of satori.

Beyond the Impossible

Can you say ridiculous? Well, when you finally decide that being awesome just isn't enough, you go Beyond the Impossible.

Simply put, going beyond the impossible is when one decides to, say, make a giant robot several hundred thousand light years tall. Yes, I am referencing Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

This can also apply to going Gatling guns akimbo, playing "Sweet Child of Mine" with one's teeth, and even a functional, simultaneous One Man Band.

Of fucking course.
