BABS a.k.a. Battery Acid Butt Syndrome: a syndrome that occurs during or after taking a piss out of your ass. Comparable to battery acid being splashed on your asshole with some possible spread to the taint. Pain is associated with inability to continue shitting... Prayer and false promises to God are common.
