an ironic term used like "pish whatever" or "oh yup"

originaly from somewhere in wellington, mainly used by sole guys, coll-jocks and cool guys from pats and rongatai... zen. wellington's pretty much the only place in new zealand where if u say zen people will actually know what ur on about.

often used as a joke nowadays to rip into idiots who still use it

Zen

The large, hexagonal computer with flashing rectangular lights on its screen, in the British SF series "Blakes 7", on the Liberator. It could speak and was more-or-less able to sense the emotions of the crew members. Zen was destroyed by a "viral liquid" in the episode "Terminal". The voice of Zen was Peter Tuddenham. When Zen spoke, it preceded and closed its statements with a short "bonk" sound, represented by "*".
