No Whey

No whey is referencing whey protein powder that is used commonly in smoothies or protein shakes. It is particularly used in the context of a workplace by a coworker you find extremely annoying. Typically people strongly dislike the annoying coworker that says this phrase.

Sam: Seriously? Every time I ask him to refill the whey powder he says his stupid “No Whey” Joke
