Tamara

Tamara is a beautiful, wonderful and independent girl who knows what she wants and is ready to achieve it. She is also a very caring and soft person thats acts bold so she doesnt get hurt. People mostly mistake Tamara as a mean and selfish person. Tamara is most likely to steal the spotlight whereever she goes because of her beautiful and sexy features. Tamara loves to be loud and be herself because she wants people to appreciate and accept the real her.

Digimon Tamers

The 3rd installment in the Digimon tv series, Digimon Tamers took place mostly in the Real World (Shinjuku) and revolved mostly around three Tamers (the term digidestined was dropped). Chiaka J. Konaka (author of Serial Experiments Lain, Alice in Cyberland etc) wrote the third season.
Unlike the previous two, there is no connection with Adventure and 02, other than them being ackknowledge as a franchise in the Tamer's universe.
It should be noted that Tamers uses actual locations, using the entire area of Shinjuku for the anime and several buildings, streets, parks, a school and homes. Also to be noted is the sharp difference in the appearance of the digital world. No longer "fluffy and sparkly" the Digital World is beautifully animated, combining CGI's with artistry to create an appealing visual.
Digimon Tamers at its core challenges the existance of Artifical Life and the potential dangers it poses to humanity. It deals with digital genocide, depression, suicide, neglect, hints of addiction, and the maturity of characters. Digimon Tamers is frequently noted as the darkest of the series yet Chiaka J. Konaka makes it enjoyable for all ages and still makes it a series thats truly worth watching.
Digimon Tamers runs for 50 episodes, produced by Toei Animation, written by Chiaka J. Konaka and directed as a group by the alias Akiyoshi Hongo.

Tamora Pierce

An author of fantasy novels for teenagers. Her works include "The Song of the Lioness" quartet (Alanna: The First Adventure, In the Hand of the Goddess, The Woman who Rides Like A Man, Lioness Rampant), "The Immortals" quartet (Wild Magic, Wolf Speaker, Emperor Mage, The Realms of the Gods), and the "Protector of the Small" quartet (First Test, Page, Squire, Lady Knight). These three quartets are set in the imaginary midieval realm of Tortall.

Adding on to those sets in the Tortallan series are the two books of the "Daughter of the Lioness" (Trickster's Choice, Trickster's Queen) and the newest installment, "Beka Cooper" (Terrier). As of yet, Terrier is the only book in this series out.

Pierce also has books not set in Tortall out, like the "Circle of Magic" quartet (Sandry's Book, Tris's Book, Daja's Book, Briar's Book) and follows up on those with "The Circle Opens" (Magic Steps, Cold Fire, Street Magic, Shatterglass (I may have messed up the order there.)) Adding to that is "The Will of the Empress", which I'm not entirely sure belongs to a quartet, but follows "The Circle Opens".

Pierce edited an anthology called "Young Warriors".

In my opinion. Tamora Pierce is one of the most exceptional teen-fantasy novelists out there. Her work is filled with swords, sorcery, talking animals, animals that don't talk but probably should, humor, violence, and assholes you'd love to choke (and usually eventually die anyway, which makes it so much more satisfying).

Ms. Pierce got me into being an avid reader at a young age (and I'm only fifteen now). Therefore, if you want to get your child into reading, I suggest you get them a book by Tamora Pierce. Or read them yourself---they're all good. Her work is much better than that "Eragon" lord-of-the-rings-ripoff crap.
"Wow, Jill. This book was really good. Who was it by again?"

"By Tamora Pierce."

"OHMYGOD. Didn't I read a fanfic about Alanna killing Saphira before?"

"You did! I LOVED that. I wish it would happen."

"Yeah, Eragon sucks."

"I know. Pierce is so much better."

"Oh shiz, is that a randomly-placed H-bomb zooming at us?"

"HOLY---"

boom. explosion.

tamara

an amazing girl, who loves to dress up to just get out of the ordinary, very kind and can be trampled for it, misunderstood by many but is a wonderful girl. She has many qualities that beg to be noticed and when the right person does they better know the worth of them. She has a cute laugh that can easily be contagious, leading to long nights of laughing at anything. Loves to hang out and knows how to have a good time, and loves to dance to techno and watching her leaves you wanting more. If you find a Tamara never leave her side she is worth the world.
