Edgelord vs. Snowflake Debate

A debate where people are discussing which group of people is ruining society the most, special snowflakes because of their oversensitivity, and edgelords because of their overinsensitivity, without realizing that it's technically both of them who have done the most damage.

Is there any reason to have an edgelord vs. snowflake debate? They're both equally toxic and have been ruining our culture for years now.

When common words, terms, phrases, products, or artistic creations like songs, programming, or fashion are twisted or manipulated to have negative connotations that are racist, sexist, homophobic, or offensive in some other manner, even though its origin intent was free of any such implications

In 2018, the song "Baby It's Cold Outside" was pulled from radio stations because snowflake activism deemed it to be sexist and promoted rape culture when in fact, it was an innocent song featuring playful banter written by a man in the 1940's for his wife and himself to sing at parties.

Hyper-sensitive people who become offended on behalf of others... for fictional fantasies and futuristic, "what ifs..."

Snowflakes insult the intelligence of those who they become offended FOR;

because snowflakes refuse to allow anyone to speak-up for themselves on issues that the snowflake has absolutely ZERO personal connection to.

They just love to nit-pick details and be nasty-bitches, and any slight, no matter how harmless, will do.
