Sheeting

When you share a bed with someone you don't want to have sex with, so you lay on top of the top sheet to prevent contact. When alcohol is involved usually works.

If you don't want to have intimate situations with drunk bed mate. Sheeting usually works.

Fall asleep on a different layer, usually they will give up!

Shredding

The act of being a bodybuilder or Gym Nut. The constant diet that most athletes put themselves on so that they are able to shed their excess fat. Eg "He is shredding it in the gym". This is not something that is done occassionally, this is a lifestyle choice for those who are A1 Personal Trainers!
