Schubert Syndrome

The syndrome that can only be born with. There is nothing physically wrong with the human, but they're fucking idiots. Very few people like them. To be born with Schubert syndrome, they need to be the second youngest child of a family with 4 children. They have 2 brothers and 1 sister. They're selfish and dick heads.

Man: Hey, does that person have Schubert Syndrome?
Woman: I think so, lets go check.
*walks over to the subject*
Woman: Hey, do you have 2 brothers and 1 sister?
Subject: wtf how do you know
Man: And do you happen to be the second youngest child in your family?
Subject: you guys are creeping me out
