swavy means that something is awesome and represents something or someone with swagg. it's only used for cool stuff. it's a better and cooler version of swavy, but don't overuse it or else swavy won't be swavy anymore. swavy describes anything that is cool or awesome.

"did you see my new shoes?"
"yeah, they're swavy!"

Savvy

a noun or adjective indicating anything a high level of knowledge in some field (i.e. fashion); since The Pirates of the Caribbean came out, it has often been equated with "understand"

Regarding the etymology of the word, it is most likely another anglified French word, from the original "savoir," which means "to know." Like parley (also used in "Pirates"), which means "to speak," it was probably absorbed into the English vocabulary back when French was more of a global language.

"Shavy" meaning, very enthusiastic, fun, funny, out going, a dancer type of sorts. One who is stunning, impressing and one who stands out in the crowd.

You're so shavy. You're really shavy dude. I went to a party and it was very slow but there was this shavy looking fellow, who was outgoing and really stand'ed outside the crowd.
