Sooptie

A hooptie car that has been souped up in ways typically done to nice, expensive, fancy racing cars.

For example, an old, beat up point A to point B car that has LEDs on the underside or rims or a racing spoiler.

to be a friends friend, to be overly kind or nice. Meaning to be there when you need a person. A stand up person, dependable, reliable. The guy who gives you his last beer or smoke or the last $5 in his wallet with no set time frame to pay back. To be generous but modest.
