Firend: "what's going on over there?"
Non Smoker: (with a sarcastic tone) "ahhhh here we go, it's time for the revolt of the smokers union, disgusting habit!!"

One who dosn't finance their own weed purchases, and attempts to smoke everyone else's shit for free
