Highlighter Worthy

When studying or reading a book, we say something is 'highlighter worthy' if it is a main point that must be highlighted for further use or to solidify in the brain.

When studying for my driver's license test, I decided that in the manual where it says "It usually takes about one hour per drink to wear out of the system" this was a highlighter worthy phrase. I will need to know this for the test because I got it wrong the first time when I failed.

Highlight Reel

A 30 to 45 second mash up of brief clips (flashbacks) from the best parts of the night before, usually a side effect of afterglow

(After 30 seconds of staring into space)

Person A: Zoning again man?

Person B: Yeah, I was just watching the highlight reel from last night. That babe had an excellent rack.

Person A: Nice. I keep seeing the bar fight from earlier.

Chinese highlights

A trick in which you ask someone if they want Chinese highlights and you run your toes through their hair preferably after you haven't bathed in a few days.

Permission is not always required. When your victim is not looking you can give them Chinese highlights as a sneak attack.

Girl #1: Hey, do you want some Chinese highlights? It will make your hair look amazing.

Girl #2: Okay, go for it.

Girl #1: -runs toes through girl's hair-

Girl #2: EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

Highlighter war

A game, similar to a sword fight, where each duelist wields a highlighter and tries to mark on their opponent. Usually, one should try to avoid being marked on by trying to swipe at their opponent's armed hand and block their attack. It gets messy.

Becca: Dude, why do you have highlighter all over your arms and face??
Mac: I just got in a highlighter war with my girlfriend!!
Becca: Highlighter war?? what's that??
Mac: Look it up on Urban Dictionary, woman!!
