Originally used in reference to those who aren't up to the common norms of intelligence, it is now used for those who not only do not have the intelligence to assess certain matters of import, but also do not have the correct information or wherewithal to do so.

A person (noun) who sneaks around to get or do things to benefit themselves. An active addict looking to score for free. Ex; drugs , money ,your car etc....

The only time she comes around , is to dopefiend her way into the house for money and stuff to steal. Always feeding her addiction off of everyone else
