a)Computer confused. When a website or program is being nothing but unreasonable and you don't know who to call/email/pay to explain it to you; When you're using a computer and it doesn't make sense.
b)May also refer to the disoriented state of mind felt when trying to concentrate on a laptop whilst interacting with something else.

*reading scumbag site that tells you you need software to log in- though doesn't tell you what software this may be*

An archaic spin-off of the system-crash-waiting-to-happen, AOL. Quite possibly worse than AOL... if that even makes sense. Known to scare innocent children across the globe.
