bureaucratic gobbledygook

It's a form of doublespeak. Simply put it's a method to overwhelm an audience with technical and "jargonese" words.
The lengthy case hearing was filled with so much bureaucratic gobbledygook that it was challenging to distinguish the actual meaning behind the testimony and legal arguments.

Example of the use of bureaucratic gobbledygook in a sentence: "Please be advised that a comprehensive review of the organizational structure is currently underway to enhance synergy and promote a culture of continuous improvement."

grey bureaucrat

A bureaucrat that work behinds the scenes and although do important technical work, have zero influence upon political decisions and is not interested in having such influence. He just follows protocol, abstracting his own personality from his function.
The grey bureaucrat, no matter how much I begged, asked me to fill some documents and wait for 15 days, when I need it for this Friday, or else I'm going to be in trouble.

musical bureaucracies

Getting bounced from one bureaucracy to another to another ad nauseum, with not one of them actually helping you at all.
I wanted to get a free COVID-19 test done on me and was initially told that this one bureaucracy could do it. After I arrived over there, they told me they couldn't help me at all and that I had to go to this other department. After arriving at the second department, I was told that they couldn't help me as well and that my best bet was to just go to Walgreens or CVS. I just got done setting up an appointment with Walgreens. Hopefully, Walgreens can help me out. This whole game of musical bureaucracies totally sucks ass!

digital-bureaucracy

The complex, frustrating system of rigid forms, automated decision trees, and faceless interfaces that governs our interactions with online platforms. A modern form of red tape where every click feels like paperwork and every fix is hidden three menus deep. Common in online marketplaces, customer service portals, and government websites.
“I just wanted to update my address, but eBay’s digital-bureaucracy made me verify my identity with a pigeon and a moon landing certificate.”

Manually entering the same new hire data in a Sharepoint site, spread sheet and attached email form shows the U.S Postal Service operates on a Maximum Viable Bureaucracy (Max VB) philosophy.
