Is referring to a Bear. When a market is going down. Getting price depreciation. Used in cryptocurrency slang to refer to the group of people that wants that certain market go down. This word is found in forums, chats and often Trollbox in the BitMEX cryptocurrency exchange.

Beeracuda's are the inner animal that shows up at late-night parties or bars. Identified by extreme beer chuggin skills, beeracudas are often loud, rambunctious, and looking to take the party the next level. Beeracudas, although usually harmless, are often asked to leave bars, and end up in jail from time to time.
