Part of the Percent family. A 7% is someone who is above the common man. One of the top levels of society. He is intellectually greater than regular people and over some of the Percents. He has plays a great role in society, and influences many people to be the way he is.

Damn... I wish i could be a 7%... they are praised in society.

The universal symbol for dyslexia. Oddly enough dyslexics have hard time spelling dyslexia. 7 was adopted as a means to state the condition without having to embarrass ones self by misspelling it.
