drop bear

A marsupial related to the koala but much more aggressive in nature. Drops from trees onto unsuspecting prey and rips them apart with their large teeth and claws. Several people who go camping in the Australian outback fall victim to this creature each year.

Paper Bear

An Old Bully. A Blowhard. Kind of like a "Paper Tiger" but who has held the position for a lot longer. Kinda like in the movie Friday where Craig beats Deebo's ass but with his fists and not a gun. A person or state who everyone has been afraid of for years and years and finally gets their ass totally handed to them. In a word; Russia!

Yogi Bearing it

Bear Snagging

Bear Snagging is when two people take a sausage (colloquially known as a "Snag" in Australia) and insert it into the rectum of both parties, while they are both on all fours in the doggy positon and facing away from each other, with the arse cheeks against each other and 50% of the sausage in each person butthole. The idea is then, when the signal is given, to both start "bearing down" on the snag, the objective is to try and shit the snag into the other person butthole.
