The feeling of whether a decision made in the past could have been the right or wrong one that could have affected the outcome of a life. Like a feeling of wonder, it comes at the most unexpected time. The thought of what could have happened if one action was taken over another, thus resulting in the change that could have impacted the lives of not just one single life, but those also impacted by the action.
