If you had to hop on urban dictionary to understand tf a hoe is, you need to log off the internet and engage in fruitful convos with the opposite gender.
Also possible you are trying to get into farming, if so, a hoe is a long handled gardening tool usually used to dig the earth up. This is also something my ex did, but that's irrelevant.
