procrasturbating

Variant of procrastinate, but connoting the heightened pleasure achieved during the performance of otherwise mundane activities when said activities are performed as an act of procrastination. Can also connote the subsequent desperate guilt or depression felt upon becoming fully aware of true nature of the act. Succinctly expresses the essence of the wise adage, “Procrastination is a lot like masturbation: it seems like a lot of fun until you realize you’re just fucking yourself.”

Even though I'd seen Dirty Dancing twelve times before, I could've sworn this 13th viewing was the best. Then I realized I was procrasturbating, my midterm is still tomorrow morning, and now I want to puke.

1. Do something, (or at least pretend to).

2. Method of doing something, (or at least pretending to).

3. To chop or mix ingredients as in a food processor.

4. To compute.

If this blasted computer doesn't stop pretending to process stuff and find some process for completing the process I assigned it, I'm going to put its processor into a blender and process it but good!

Watching people eat your Cosmic Bacon Orb in Restaurant City while making out with your best friend, when you should be doing something productive. But meh, you'll just go back into your best friend and have hot passionate make-out sessions.

"Ah dang, I should be memorizing my lines for Spanish, but my best friend seems a lot more alluring, and he is just too cute...especially when he falls for my man-bitch schemes.
