Non-Baller

A non-baller is someone who is below 5'4" and can not play basketball. Typically, a non-baller believes he is a baller but can't actually hoop and always lies about being a baller. He/she can't ball and will never ball no matter what happens in the world, even if Thanos comes down and gets rid of all ballers.
