The only semi-mythical rapid transportation device which takes large numbers of British police officers to the scene of a suspected bacon sandwich eating or pronoun offence, whilst burglaries and violent crime go completely uninvestigated. Some forces, such as the Met, have multiple HCHs in order to deal with particularly severe incidents such as a schoolchild pointing out that men are taller than women or that most muggers are black.

A way in which to describe a person whose distinguishing feature is an abnormally large forehead. In order to refer to someone as having 'room for crisps' they must have a forehead reasonably large enough to house an average pack of crisps.

On March 13th 2019, Instagram got a little cranky. For some users, posting was impossible; for some, it couldn't load at all; and for those who deleted and reinstalled the app, found themselves stuck in the login screen.
