The definition of organized clutter is having an area that is organized but full of clutter.

An example for organized clutter is when a room is full of junk and useless stuff making clutter. But is's organized to the person who has all that organized junk. An outsider may view this as hoarding or an abomination of clutter that needs to be cleaned.
