Person 1: Did you hear about Matt? He totally pulled a Dodge Double Fist, then someone stole one of the sandwiches from him while he was passed out!

A person who repeatedly strikes hard surfaces with closed fists in order to achieve a level of physical pain that will 'alleviate' their emotional pain. Much like a 'cutter' will cut themselves to achieve the same effect.

When his friends found out he hurt himself intentionally by hitting things, one of them referred to him as a 'fisticutter.'
