A person that is very good at manipulating a red tape system to accomplish a higher good for all man kind.

Freddie is such a bad ass. He completely convinced higher management to put in his MQ changes even though they are high risk. We could all take a lesson out of this change cat's book.

The Springfield Hawks seemed to have victory in the state championship game locked up. But halfway through the game, Coach Moore decided that winning was too hard, and had the team change course.

A group of kids in Mexico, usually impoverished, who follow tourists around major vacation cities in Mexico singing, dancing, soliciting, or taunting them until they are given some type of hand out.

We should have taken a cab since it took us an hour to walk from the hotel to the bar in Cancun because the damn changlers slowed us down!

chang up son

1. Phrase chanted at someone to encourage them to skull their drink. Often prompted by discreet drink evasion or whining about how they can't skull or have work the next day. The phrase conveys both an implied threat and disgust in the party it is directed at.

2. To a lesser extent may replace phrase "man up" when someone is piking on a particular activity or event"

"Same again mate?"

"Nah, I think i'll take it easy from now on, I've got work tomorrow."
