The act of purchasing a new shiny Apple product, only to have Apple release a newer, faster, shinier version of the same product a short time later.

Particularly relevant after signing a two year contract with AT&T in order to purchase an iPhone.

David: I just a bought a new iPhone 3Gs! Isn't it awesome?

Me: No, no – the new iPhone 4 comes out next week! You got Appled!

What happens when you buy an Apple product and a short time later they release a new and better version of the same product for a lower price.

Apple Mac

The Apple mac is a computer introduced by the Apple Corp. in 1984. It was Apple's breakthrough home computer as it was fairly inexpensive. Despite this, it was overtaken in popularity by the introduction of Windows and the PC. Today, it is loathed and loved by many. It is mostly used for artistic purposes such as movie and picture editing and it uses this as its main argument in the PC v Mac war. Personally, I prefer PC. I was put off Mac due to the annoying Mac fan boys that have had a mouth to asshole transplant and are spewing crap all over me. I do however, have a lot of respect for the Mac computer.

Person: So what do you think of the Windows XP?
