Generation Katniss

Generation Katniss or "Gen K" refers to people born between the millennial and zoomer generations in the late 90s and early 2000s.

The name Katniss refers to the protagonist of the YA book the "Hunger Games" and how the YA genre was very influential in the pop culture Gen K was raised in.

Occasionally this micro-generation is also called "zillennials."

Similar to the term Generation Oregon Trail before it which refers to people born between the Gen X and millennial generations.

Guy#1: I was born in 1998. I can't relate to tiktok zoomers or millennial 90s kids!

Guy#2: It's because you're both and neither. You are part of Generation Katniss.

generation z

Also known as generation 9/11 because generation z starts with everyone born between 2001-2021. It's just in it's infancy right as I type this, but this generation will face many things including: the aftermath of the war in Iraq, the effects of the desicions made TODAY about politics, and will be on the edge of the next predicted revolution.

Generation Z will be the combined product of generation X and Y. They'll need a miracle to survive.

generation snowflake

The group of young people today that have the INSANE belief they have the right to NOT be offended by any of the beliefs/viewpoints of the other 7.1 billion people of this planet. When these fragile/infantile people are offended, most likely they will react in someway like a toddler (cry, scream, act hysterical, etc).

Ohhh look, we have some members of generation snowflake that are complaining they don't have any Safe Spaces at the University of XYZ.

Chauncemaster General

Similar in meaning to "chauncellor," a title given to an individual who epitomizes the zen that is chaunce. Can be rich or poor, male or female.

Me:"What's up Chauncemaster General, got your half of the rent?"
Chauncemaster General:"Sorry, I went on tour and didn't get paid for any of the shows...and now my temp job doesn't want me back."

Q:"What the fuck does Nick Lachey do for a living?"
A:"He's Chauncemaster General."
