Immense computer lag that causes hair ripping, teeth grinding frustation.

Often shorten to "algy" or "'giagi".

"Man, my computer is so algjeagiagi, it takes Word 20 minutes to open a document"

"Your MSN keeps signing you in and out, why is it so algy?"

"(after being unresponsive for a long time) Sorry for my 'giagi behaviour"
