Astro Time is the time after 3 am in the morning, when no braincells are working anymore, so you basically talk garbage and go on autopilot. After Astro Time started you can't be held accountable for anything you say or do anymore, because you are literally becoming a dolphin and being only half conscious.
After 3 am there has to be sleeping time, which has to last about at least 10 hours. If it doesn't last 10 hours, that makes the next period of Astro Time start sooner. Let's do some maths, shall we?
E.g. If you sleep only 8 Hours, that makes Astro time start at 1 am approx.
This only applies to people who have the Name Astro or who are approved by someone who has the Name Astro or who are rewarded with the diagnosis of 'Astro Time Experiencer' by the High council of Long Furbies and Peepys under the birth sign of someone named Astro or with a Kokichi wooden (important) cutout in your room, witnessing you having the ritualistic seance for it.

If you create good things there is less stress on the Space & Time Continuam & you will be accepted by the Immortals as good programming; if you cause bad things there is more stress on the Space & Time Continuam & can be restricted by the Universe.

Based on the idea that pollution is "degrading the quality of a common resource", time pollution happens when someone wastes everyone's time, say in a meeting, by talking about something that is useless, uninteresting, irrelevant or purely rhetorical.
"Hey, how did the planning meeting go?" "Oh, you know Bob doesn't know anything. He just created a lot of time pollution. Everyone was just yawning and waiting for it to finish."

“defined as the duration in which all things happen, or a precise instant that something happens” < got this from the web lmao but anyway.. time can never go backwards, time can either be wasted or cherished and because time is a constant thing, we get to choose how we want to spend our time. And for a year now, I’ve chosen to spend my time loving you and caring for you and to learn more about what you do and don’t like and to just have moments with you and have that quality time so then we both can think back and say “remember when...” Time is a precious thing but even just a couple of hours feels like a couple of minutes spent with you <3
