Some ex-vegans have said they feel much better after going to back to eating animal products. Not everyone is able to thrive on a vegan diet. These people tend to get hate comments just because they want to add animal products back into their diet. Luckily, there’s also supportive vegans out there who actually respect ex-vegans who choose not to be vegan anymore.
