A person who has fallen casualty due to the effects of smoking too much weed.

symptoms include: passing out, throwing up, staring into space, tripping, randomly falling asleep, making simple things hard, and generally doing and/or saying something really dumb.

Chris sparked up a fat joint with friends then fell asleep in his mates room with it still in his hand...
