A phrase common in the south and/or bible belt region of the US. Typically means that an action or attitude is negative or not a very healthy state of mind/body that isn't actually condemned in the bible (nor endorsed by it either).

when someone looks great in an outfit you would call them sinful. It's a way to compliment anyone, especially if it's someone boomers tend to hate on. This slang was made to piss off boomers and prevent them from demeaning people that dress in more alt fashions or wear "immodest" clothing as they put it.
