A term referring to PvPers in games that wrap themselves in armor that makes them invulnerable or near invulnerable and use AOE weapons to disguise their lack of aim. Often, they will use hacks and glitches to help cover up for their lack of skill. These players often think of themselves as "elite" PvPers.

The protective plastic film found on appliances and other products when they are new. Older people leave it on the item to "preserve" the product. Serves no real purpose and ends up making the dials on microwaves, stovetops, etc. difficult to read over time.
"John, why does your granny leave the plastic film on the stove screen?"

In the musical context, this often involves producers or artists themselves wrapping together multiple different engineering technologies needed. If there are sounds that must be added later in production, multiple systems are needed. This skill becomes important.
