A ‘fuzzy water’ can be considered a fizzy soda, sparkling water, or a soft drink. If someone says fuzzy water, they simply have just forgot which words they were going to say and needed similar words to help fill in the blanks and not leave everyone clueless.

“What on earth is fuzzy water?”
