A term used to describe a person who has annoyed you, in a way which you consider to be ridiculous - has committed a silly act.

Person 1: "Person 2, why did you steal my sandwich you are an utter findingus"

Person 1: "Person 2, may I please question why you are such a findingus, YOU PUT THE PAINTING UPSIDE DOWN!"

A voter who claims to be an independent so that they can imply they are smarter than partisan politics. They invariable turn out to be fully aligned with the right. The fake independent status is also useful in disowning the failures of previous republican presidents. Findies can be found supporting republican primary hopefuls that have no chance.
