The act of pulling someone’s testicles from behind and pulling up to their butt crack; a wedgie with someone’s ballsack instead of underwear.
This is done in a quick and violent fashion to resemble that of revving a chainsaw (hence the name)

The act of violently giving someone a wedgie with their own testicles/ballsack instead of their underwear. This is done quickly and violently to resemble that of a chainsaw being revved. The act can be used as a noun and a verb in past and present tense.
