A situation that is shitty. Can be used literally when referring to feces. Can also be used to describe a situation you are not pleased to be in.

Peering at the kitty litter box, "I need to take care of this shituation."

Boyfriend acts like an idiot and girlfriend starts to cry. Boyfriend thinks, "How did I get myself in this shituation?"
