A person who is mentally consumed by an addiction to money. Every aspect of his life suffers as he/she satisifies the addiction.
Friend: this sunset is one of the prettiest things I have ever experienced.
Money junkie: yeah, thanks God sunlight is free.
Friend: aren't those kittens meowing charming?
Money junkie: yep, but cat food is so expensive...
Friend: Do you think that Plato's Republic has any valuable ideas for today's problems?
Money junkie: damn, my portfolio devaluated 2 cents today. Sorry what's that you said?
Partner: do you love me?
Money junkie: how much will it cost me?

The biggest paycheck you can get at your own workplace. Nobody is allowed to make more money than that.
It refers to 80's and 90's WCW Wrestling star "Sting" (aka Steve Borden)
Sting was known as the highest paid employee at WCW (WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING)
When former WWE wrestlers would seek employment with WCW. They would lie and tell the other members of the WWE locker room that they were getting "Sting Money" for quitting Vince McMahon's company and jumping to Ted Turner's company.
This was a tactic used to get people gossipping, in order to recieve a bigger Counter money offer from McMahon by falsely-inflating the amount of money.
"Sting Money" is alleged to be $750,000 per year by former WCW Executive Vice President. Eric Bischoff

Steak Money: Is extra cash. You use "Steak Money " to buy what you want not what you need. When you suddenly have a lot of extra cash on hand you can now go out and get or do what you want, generally in the way of something you can brag about , enjoy or show off such as buying clothing, jewelry or lavish foods.
Me and the boy's ( not the boys and I ) went out with all that steak money last night and had a blast.
You just scratched a $1 lotto and won $1000, your friend looks at the ticket and says DAM SON! look at all that steak money.
