A jewish person who is extremely cheap.

He tends to wear the same underwear and slothes for weeks. He doesnt tip.

HE never ever donated to charity. He avoids taxes and generally tries to avoid paying people what he has to. He likes to exploit other people because he is convinced that they owe sometning to him and he doesnt feel bad about it.

He is actually proud of being CHEAP.
