A phrase originating from Fallout New Vegas, Take Drugs Kill Bear is a philosophical mindset, roughly meaning "Do fun stuff, take on challenges" It also does refer to the practice of consuming narcotics and engaging in lethal fights with bears.

"I don't know man, I live with a more "Take drugs, kill bear" type philosophy, y'know?"

Mr. Teddy Bear

That one guy who shows up to the party already shit faced dressed in a bear costume thinking it's October but it's mid April and his baby mama is on the run but slapped him with a divorce and child support on the same day. Some say this mysterious creature only shows up once or twice during the Summer Solstice but I've seen that Mf 4 mojitos deep on the Jersey Beach. Bear costume and all.

It is described as the act of pleasuring a women with the use of one's hand.
