Dernerd

A political adjective used to describe an individual or group that exhibits an excessive focus on policy details, technicalities, or esoteric knowledge in political discourse. It suggests a tendency to prioritize intellectualism and overcomplicate issues rather than focusing on practical solutions or broader societal impact.
During the televised debate, the candidate's opponents accused him of being too "dernerd" in his approach to healthcare reform. They argued that his emphasis on complex policy intricacies overshadowed the need for accessible and affordable healthcare for everyday citizens, leaving many confused and disengaged from the discussion.

Derporate Media

Corporate media that dumbs people down with propaganda to benefit corporate oligarchs who profit from sweatshops, underpaid workers, child slaves, anti-abortion laws to attack women's rights, endless wars, businesses that destroy Earth's livability, etc.
I hate watching derporate media from CNN, FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, Hollywood, YouTube, etc.

Depersonize

The act of reducing someone or a person to something below a sentient being. Similar to dehumanize in the way that a person is the same as a human, but built for a better era where humans aren’t the only people.
Donald Trump: “These Illegal Aliens don’t deserve healthcare or basic living conditions.”
Melanie Trump: “Dear, don’t Depersonize these people, they have the right to live on any planet just like you and I.”

Depersonification

Verb. A neo-literary term. The societally detrimental act of giving traits that fall short of classical human virtues to someone portrayed as intrinsically human.
I.e., typically protagonist fictional characters portrayed as lacking beneficial human emotions, like empathy - and painted in a manner that makes their character appealing despite this negative lack.
"The depersonification of fictional protagonists these days is crazy... Despite so many OP characters being unhinged and questionable in motives, they still get depicted as some sort of hero. The wicked grin only the villain once wore is now common on the face of the 'hero.'"
