Ping Ponging

1. Wondering around aimlessly in your brain, scatterbrained
2. Unable to focus solely on a one thing at a given time

3. Trying to accomplish too much at one time but cannot accomplish anything

I was ping ponging around today. I feel like I didn't accomplish anything because I was ping ponging around for hours.

Ping Smurfing

Verb-The act of playing on a server located far from your actual geographic location, resulting in significantly high ping. This high latency can create unintentional advantages by making the player's actions harder to predict or respond to. While some players ping smurf on purpose to exploit this, others do it unknowingly and still claim their performance is based on skill rather than lag.

ping-pom

The somewhat common phenomenon where Brits (or "poms") bounce back and forth from living in Australia to the UK (may be repeated many times). Possibly caused by the perception that the grass is always greener on the other side.

I spent most of my 20s and 30s ping-pomming as I couldn't make my mind up where to live.

Ping

Tempermental nerd with a gift for annoying sounds, pixel art, and mastering musical instruments. A subpar sibling but a model student, Pings are known to hibernate most of the day with their heads buried in their phones while slowly drowning in their own waste.

Ping was supposed to babysit but fell asleep watching Japanese gaming videos and the house burned down.
