In terms of anxious distress that is predominantly caused by the situation the person finds themself in rather than anxious distress that is attributed to genetics, long standing socioeconomic situations, or chronic existential crises.

While I believe the patient does suffer from anxiety, their current level of anxiety is more based on situationality--the fact that there is a pandemic with a recession, rather than their own chronic issues or ebbs and flows of anxiety disorders. I would not raise their dosage, based on situationality.

Da hot-headed Queen Of Hearts was always in a major fituation, as was anyone else who was unlucky enough to be present, since they would likely be in danger of losing their heads over da slightest error or uncomplimentary remark.

A pituation can also refer to da scenario dat plays out when you're trying to traverse terrain dat's had a lot of large deep holes dug into it, and so you hafta keep detouring dis way and dat to stay on level ground.
